Organiser guide

Run a league
in 5 steps.

Everything you need to set up and run your Last Man Standing league. Short and simple — you will be up and running in a couple of minutes.

1

Name your league

Give it a name your players will recognise — the pub, the office, the group chat.

2

Choose your options

Set the entry fee, the rules (draws, lives, and so on), and the big one: who holds the money (see below).

3

Invite your players

Share your league code. They sign up, join and make their first pick in seconds — any phone, no app.

4

Run each week

Players pick one team a week. Results settle automatically — a loss or draw knocks them out. You do nothing but watch.

5

Crown the winner

Last one standing wins. Then pay out — or roll it over if nobody won (see below).

The money

Two simple choices

When you set up the league you pick who holds the entry money. That one choice decides everything else.

Simplest

You hold the money

  • Players pay you directly — bank transfer, cash, however you like.
  • You set a payment deadline when creating the league.
  • In your organiser dashboard you get a Paid / Unpaid list — just tick who has paid.
  • Anyone unpaid by your deadline is removed (they stay signed up for other leagues).
  • At the end you pay the winner yourself. The site never touches the cash.
Hands-off

We hold the money

  • Players pay their entry on the site; it is held securely in Stripe.
  • When there is a last one standing, the pot is paid out straight to the winner, or to you to hand out — your choice.
  • No winner? Roll it over: the money stays in the account.
  • Resurrect the league — reissue the code and start again, with the rolled-over pot carried in.

The “you hold the money” option runs today with no setup. The “we hold the money” option needs the payment side switched on first — ask us when you are ready.

That is the whole thing

Set up your league

Two minutes, and the admin runs itself.
