Organiser guide
How it works
Everything you need to run a Last Man Standing league — in plain English.
Create your league
Sign up, then set a name, the entry fee (or free), the rules, and — the big one — who holds the money. You get a share code.
Invite your players
Share your code. They sign up, join, and make their first pick in seconds — on any phone, no app.
Run each week
Players pick one team a week. Results settle automatically — a loss or draw knocks them out. You do nothing but watch.
Crown the winner
Last one standing wins. Pay out — or, if everyone goes out together, the game rolls on to the next week.
The rules
- • Each week, every surviving player picks one team to win.
- • You can't pick the same team twice in a season.
- • A win survives; a draw or loss is out (the organiser can turn the draw rule off).
- • Forget to pick? You're auto-assigned the alphabetically-first team you haven't used, so you stay in.
- • Picks lock at the first kick-off of the gameweek.
The money
When you set up a league you choose who holds the entry money. That choice decides everything else.
Simplest
You hold the money
Players pay you directly — bank transfer, cash, PayPal, however you like. You set a payment deadline, and your dashboard gives you a Paid / Unpaid list to tick off. Anyone unpaid by the deadline drops out. The platform never touches the money.
Coming later
We hold the money
A future option where the platform collects entry fees securely and pays the winner. This is a regulated area, so it's a later addition — for now, organisers hold the money themselves.
That's the whole thing.
You set up the league; the app does the admin.
